Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Read our Return Policy.

Are any purchases final sale?

Sale and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products such as wigs and jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

When will I get my order?

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

2–5 business days for major cities (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban).
5–7 business days for outlying areas.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs R120,00
